How It Works

Setup: Enter duties and organizations in the duty form, add personnel in the roster form, and assign qualifications.
Schedule: Use the built-in calendar to select duty dates for the next roster.
Holiday setup: Input holiday dates under File | Setup → Holiday tab; they appear with red lines on the roster.
Absences: Mark excused absences directly on the roster form.
Generate rosters: Select File | Make New Rosters to build all rosters for the selected dates at once.
Open/print: View and print from the same screen.
