Software Description
Create a database of additional duties and generate appointment orders.   Select records to print by marking them using a checkbox.  As duties become vacant, automatically generates memorandums to request another soldier from Commander, 1SG, Platoon Sgts., etc.  Makes a report of all duty assignments and initial effective dates.  Includes duties from Army 6AA form.

Recent improvements are larger size, better grid navigation, and much improved reporting.  Assigns persons at various levels to recommend the filling of vacancies.  Some duties are platoon or section specific.   Added ability to select records to edit, and create reports using only those records.  Reports no longer sent using send keys and are generated far more rapidly.   Compiled using native code compiler instead of "p" code with the newest software available.  New version upgrades all earler version databases.

Hardware Requirements

Windows 95 or NT 3.51 or later (32-bit) version requires at least a 90 mhz CPU with 24 Mb RAM for Windows 95, or 32 Mb for Windows NT, and a VGA 640x480 or higher resolution screen supported by Microsoft Windows.
